2024 NFL Offensive Player of the Year odds: Barkley nabs pole position from Henry

For the second year in a row, all signs point to a running back winning the NFL's Offensive Player of the year award, at least through 11 weeks.

The Niners' Christian McCaffrey won the award last year, after racking up 1,459 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns, along with 564 receiving yards and seven receiving scores.

However, he is not in the running for OPOY, considering he just returned from injury in Week 10.

So if not McCaffrey, who will be named the league's top offensive star this season?

Here's a look at the latest odds from DraftKings Sportsbook as of Nov. 18.

NFL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR ODDS:

Derrick Henry, Ravens RB: +140 (bet $10 to win $24 total)
Saquon Barkley, Eagles RB: +105 (bet $10 to win $20.50 total)
Ja'Marr Chase, Bengals WR: +500 (bet $10 to win $60 total)
Lamar Jackson, Ravens QB: +1400 (bet $10 to win $150 total)
Justin Jefferson, Vikings WR: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)

Barkley and Henry have been the consensus favorites all year, but this is the first time Barkley has found himself atop the oddsboard since early in the season.

Henry leads the league in rushing yards (1,185) and rushing touchdowns (13), and is tied for the lead in carries (187). However, over the last four weeks, the 2020 OPOY has failed to reach 75 rushing yards three times.

Baltimore is 2-2 in that span.

As for Barkley, he's been dominant over the past five games for Philly, tallying 655 rushing yards and four scores. The Eagles are also on a six-game win streak.

Barkley is second in the league in rushing yards (1,137) and tied for sixth with eight rushing TDs.
