Evan Turner is off to an incredible start this season. He's one of the most positive influences in Brad Stevens' rotation, and the Boston Celtics crush their opposition when he's on the floor.

 

First, the wing said he would cut down on the number of games in a regular season. Later, he said he would make himself the NBA logo, joking that "obviously a lot more women would get into the game."

Off the court, Turner is a gem, and one of the best quotes in basketball. Before last night's win against the Milwaukee Bucks, he was asked what changes he'd make to the NBA if he were president. Here's what followed, per MassLive's Jay King:
