Now that Scott Brooks is gone, the search has started for a new head coach for the Thunder. One popular name that's churning in the rumor mill is that of Billy Donovan, head coach of the Florida Gators. 

Donovan nearly made the jump to the NBA a few years ago when he agreed to become the head coach of the Magic, but he backed out of the deal in the last second.Yet, while Donovan is a popular target, here are five reasons why the Thunder should avoid hiring him.
