Tim Duncan has an unimaginably high number of 20-point games under his belt. He averaged more than that for exactly half of his career (nine seasons!). 

But when did he first do it? Here's actual video of the answer, way back from a galaxy far, far away:

Look how incredibly quick he is isolating against hapless defenders on the wing. Even in his rookie season, Duncan could finish with both hands and completely dominate his opponents from all over the court.
