Watch this 76er knock down 3-pointers with household groceries
There are many NBA players who would claim a stake to the title of best shooter in the league. But only former Sacramento Kings rookie and current member of the Philadelphia 76ers Nik Stauskas can claim to be deadly from deep with household produce -- at least, as far as we know.
Stauskas has been participating in a number of fun television bits in Canada this summer -- you might recall the time he tried his hand at meteorology. And earlier this week, he joined "Off The Record" to demonstrate his 3-point prowess:
Eagle-eyed observers might be quick to point out that Stauskas isn't hoisting from NBA distance on his 3-pointers. But you might be willing to cut him a little slack when he goes from knocking down shots with a volleyball and football to food items. He shreds the net with some red cabbage (which leaves a bit of a mess on the net) before facing his toughest challenge: asymmetrical cauliflower.
Spoiler: Stauskas misses. But if you didn't already click the video above, you're going to want to do so now to see just how badly he misses with the cauliflower.
