Watch Richard Hamilton's Detroit Pistons jersey get retired and raised to the rafters

During halftime of the contest between the Detroit Pistons and Boston Celtics on Sunday afternoon, Pistons legend Richard "Rip" Hamilton was honored with a special jersey retirement ceremony.

After words by legendary Fox Sports Detroit announcer George Blaha and former teammate Chauncey Billups, Hamilton took the mic.

As Blaha alluded to at the beginning of his speech, no Detroit Pistons player scored more points in the playoffs, made more playoff field goals or played in more playoff games than Richard Hamilton. A well-deserved honor for one of Detroit basketball's greats.
