Watch Festus Ezeli emphatically block Blake Griffin's dunk attempt

It almost happened. Blake Griffin almost ended Festus Ezeli. He nearly Mozgov'd him.

Griffin caught a pocket pass from Chris Paul out of a pick and roll and rose up to dunk over the rotating Ezeli. It was eerily similar to his posterization of Timofey Mozgov during his rookie season. Griffin even had his offhand wrapped around Ezeli to propel him up.

But Ezeli met Griffin in the air, leveraged his size and length advantage, and pinned the ball against the glass and then out of bounds:

It summed up the night. The Los Angeles Clippers were this close to beating the Golden State Warriors, but just couldn't finish.
