Wade cries after grandma's surprise?

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's 30th birthday weekend drew stars, bling and a visit from grandma.

The celebration started Saturday when Wade's family threw him a brunch at the W South Beach, where gospel star Yolanda Adams performed.

Wade's 91-year-old grandmother, Willie Mae Morris, who had never been on a plane, flew in from Chicago as a surprise — bringing him tears of joy, a source told the New York Post.

The next night, Wade's friends, including main squeeze Gabrielle Union, Usher, LeBron James, Chris Bosh, Alonzo Mourning and Pat Riley, gathered for dinner at the Setai South Beach.

Afterward, 300 guests arrived for performances by Common, T.I., Rick Ross, Kelly Rowland and, later at Mynt, Flo Rida.

Gifts included a custom McLaren car — which Wade helped design — from the Collection dealership, a diamond-encrusted gold Hublot watch and 1982 bottle of Dom Perignon.
