Elfrid Payton may not have won Rookie of the Year (even if he did finihs on the All-Rookie First-Team), but he was one of the most fun first-year players in the NBA this season. His passing, his handle and his quickness produced as many oohs and aahs as any other rookie's flashiness.

So, Andy Harrington decided to count down the 10 best plays of Payton's 2014-15 season. Here they are:
