Utah's Favors out again against Toronto

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) Starting center Derrick Favors and reserve forward Jeremy Evans missed Utah's matchup against Toronto on Monday night.

Favors' injured hip kept him out for the fourth time in five games. Without Favors in the lineup, the Jazz have lost all five games this season, including two earlier because of a sore back.

Favors averages 13.5 points and 9.3 rebounds and anchors Utah's defensive efforts. Evans started on Friday night against Golden State but sustained a bruised tailbone and right elbow after being undercut on a rebound in the first half, then missed the game at the Clippers on Saturday night.

Enes Kanter, who has averaged 19.5 points his last four games, started at center but the Jazz are 1-20 with the big man from Turkey in the starting lineup.

Greivis Vasquez returned for Toronto after he sat out Saturday against Portland with flu-like symptoms.
