This is the Clippers employee Blake Griffin reportedly punched

The Los Angeles Clippers will be without Blake Griffin for 4-6 weeks after he reportedly broke his hand in a fight with a team manager.

According to various reports, Griffin and equipment manager Matias Testi got in an argument outside of a restaurant that escalated into an altercation.

The Clippers said in a statement "this conduct has no place in our organization" and Griffin posted this to Twitter on Tuesday:
