Stephen Curry's mouthguard-chewing routine appears in NBA 2K16 (VIDEO)

It's official. After teasing it in a preview video displaying his on-court mannerisms, Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry's mouthpiece-chewing has made its way into NBA 2K16.

The 2014-15 MVP shared a video on Instagram of his free-throw routine, which features his trademark mouthpiece dangling from his mouth and blue-and-yellow Under Armour Curry One shoes:

Curry actually shoots better with the mouthguard hanging out of his mouth (92.5 percent) than when it's "visibly in his mouth" (89.5 percent), according to research done by Ben Cohen of the Wall Street Journal.
