Steph Curry's newest shoes are perfect for Bay Area baseball fans

Are you itching for some baseball?

We know, we know; that's a weird question to be asked from an NBA-related article. But it's the query posed by Stephen Curry's latest signature shoe, which pays homage to the Bay Area's baseball teams in two distinct colorways.

First, there's the San Francisco Giants-themed Curry Two low, which could be the championship-sneaker of choice if the Giants continue their trend of winning the World Series in even-numbered years:

Since he's ever the salesman, however, Curry couldn't show complete favoritism to the Giants. The Curry Two low will also come in an Oakland Athletics colorway that's even sharper than the Giants shoe, at least in our estimation:

Last May, Steph and Ayesha Curry took in a Giants game, prompting Athletics manager Bob Melvin to note that the door is open if Curry wants to stop by for some baseball in Oakland:

Prior to the Currys' day at the park, Oakland players Stephen Vogt and Max Muncy were on hand for the Warriors' Game 5 win over the Memphis Grizzlies:

It's just one big, happy Bay Area sports family, apparently.
