Stat says Cavaliers probably won't win the title after opening-night loss
The Cavaliers are missing key players due to injury, and yet were still just two points down to the Bulls with the ball in their hands on the game's final possession.
Cleveland ultimately lost on opening night, however, and history says that's a bad omen for a team that has championship aspirations.

It's one game out of 82, obviously, and a lot can happen during a six-month regular season -- trades, injuries and unexpected circumstances can all play a factor in a team's final result.
But at some point things like these are no longer a coincidence, and the Cavaliers are beginning the year on the wrong side of history.
