Sixers G Green sprains shoulder

Philadelphia 76ers guard Willie Green left Tuesday's game against the Miami Heat with a sprained left shoulder.

Green started and scored four points in the first six minutes. The team announced that he won't return.

The Sixers got Allen Iverson back for their first game after the All-Star break. He missed five games to help care for his ill daughter, Messiah Iverson.
