Russell Westbrook helped cook a Turkish meal with teammate Enes Kanter

Oklahoma City's Enes Kanter has a cooking show called "Kitchen 11" and it's amazing. Each episode, he donates 5,000 meals to the regional food bank. 

According to NewsOK.com, Kanter recently had a special guest over for dinner: teammate Russell Westbrook. Kanter says he had a cooking show that Westbrook was originally supposed to join, but was then unable to attend. Sunday night, however, Westbrook went over to Kanter's house to try a traditional Turkish meal: Maklube, which is a rice dish with chicken and eggplant.

"We ate some Turkish food," said Kanter, in the tweet. "He was pretty shocked at how big it was ... It was a pretty good time ... We played some FIFA, basketball. He beat me pretty bad." 

During Oklahoma City's game on Monday the following night, Westbrook recorded a triple-double. Kanter joked that the Turkish food "should be credited" for the impressive performance.

Westbrook has recently lobbied for Enes Kanter to win the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year. He was asked if Kanter deserved the award before he tried the Turkish dish, and still seemed convinced.

"It's not even a question," said Westbrook, via NewsOK.com.
