Russ Smith created an Instagram for his pet cat

Have any strong thoughts on cats? I bet Russ Smith does. 

Smith has lots of free time now that it's the second week of August and basketball season is but a distant memory. With six or seven weeks left until training camp, there's nothing to do.

Well, there actually is something: Creating weird Instagram accounts for your pets. Russ is rolling on that one, as is his cat, Mr. Quackers, now on the Gram as _mrquackers.
