Rondo says he has 'nothing but love' for Dallas, but doubtful for game

Sacramento's Rajon Rondo had a bizarre, short-lived stint with the Mavericks before joining the Kings this offseason.

In a recent interview, Rondo explained he had nothing "but love" for the Mavericks. Tuesday marks the first time these two teams have faced each other since Rondo switched squads, but recent reports indicate that the guard may watch from the sidelines. According to Yahoo's Marc Spears, however, Rondo is suffering from lower back spasms.

Rondo has improved his scoring (8.9 points per game to 12.0 this season), assist rate (7.9 to 11.5), rebounding (5.5 to 6.5) and shooting percentage (.426% to .459%) this year with the Kings.
