Report: Kevin Durant wants the LeBron treatment during free agency

Although Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant is focused on a strong finish to the regular season and a deep run in the postseason, the rest of the hoops world is obsessed with his pending free agency this summer.

There have been reports linking the seven-time All-Star and four-time scoring champion to the San Antonio Spurs, fans in Boston have chanted for him to join the Celtics, there is speculation that he could jump to the Golden State Warriors and then there is the possibility of a return home with the Washington Wizards. Or he simply could re-up with the Thunder. And those are just a handful of the possibilities.

Durant won't tip his hand, but he reportedly is looking forward to the process. Consider this from Yahoo Sports:

As noted, Durant announced his decision to re-sign with the Thunder with a simple tweet in July of 2010.

He'd like a little more fanfare this time, and the former MVP is certain to get it.
