Report: Brook Lopez could join Bucks

Jason Kidd didn't leave the Brooklyn Nets with a lot of bridges intact. The Current Milwaukee Bucks head coach had a famously sudden, dramatic exit from his post with New York's second team. It was an episode that opened a can of NBA insider rumor worms.

But while Kidd may have caused fires within management offices, the roster he left behind seems not to feel so aggrieved by his influence. That includes Brook Lopez, the Nets' All-Star center who soon has an opt-out on his contract. According to Gery Woelfel of the Racine Journal Times, Lopez may consider joining Kidd in Milwaukee.

"If Brooklyn center Brook Lopez opts out of his contract," Woelfel writes, "one of the teams he may consider, according to some NBA officials, is the Bucks. Lopez has a good relationship with Bucks coach Jason Kidd, who coached him in Brooklyn last season."

Stay tuned as this story develops.
