Quin Snyder's work is just beginning

What a first year it was for rookie head coach Quin Snyder. He came to the Jazz with a fair amount of hype, being one of the "hot" up-and-coming names in head-coaching circles. Sometimes, these coaches don't live up to the buzz, but it's fair to say that Snyder more than exceeded expectations. 

Still, his work isn't done, and Snyder will be the first to admit that. Ever the perfectionist, he won't stop until he's reached the top of the NBA. Even then, that might not be enough.
