Prediction: Sacramento Kings' Box Score Game 18 at Washington Wizards
The Sacramento Kings travel to take on the Washington Wizards on November 28, 2016. This article predicts the Kings’ box score for that game.
The Sacramento Kings travel south to take on the Washington Wizards tonight. The Kings are coming off a 122-105 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday. Below is a highlight video from that game in case you missed the action.
Without further ado, let us get to my prediction of the Kings’ box score for the game tonight against the Washington Wizards.
Box Score Prediction
The Washington Wizards rank 24th in the NBA in defensive rating at 106.2 points per 100 possessions.
If you view each individual starter’s defensive rating they aren’t terrible, but the bench rates horrible with four players giving up 113.3 points per 100 possessions or more.
Coach Joerger made yet another starting lineup change in last night’s game. He went back to his original two big men starting unit with DeMarcus Cousins and Kosta Koufos. I really have no idea which way Coach Joerger is leaning to start tonight’s contest, but the minutes each player receives is slowly leveling off into consistency. Continue to monitor the situation and see where it leads.
As I mentioned earlier, this is the second of a back-to-back, so be on the lookout for fatigue and maybe a few minutes extra rest for some of the players getting big minutes. Each situation is different, but I would not be surprised to see a few fewer minutes for Cousins and Rudy Gay tonight given the circumstances.
Summary
There you have it, my prediction of the Sacramento Kings’ box score for tonight’s contest. This is another tough game for the Kings, but Washington is struggling this season with only 5 wins in 15 games. The Kings have the opportunity to head to the Verizon Center and sweep a back-to-back. Here is to hoping they make that a reality tonight.
