Porzingis leaves Knicks' game at Nets with sore left knee
NEW YORK (AP) ��� Kristaps Porzingis left the Knicks' game at Brooklyn with 9:25 remaining in the third quarter Thursday night because of a sore left knee.
The Knicks' leading scorer left after contesting a shot near the rim. The team said he would not return.
Porzingis, who missed two games due after spraining his right ankle on Nov. 29 against Miami, had 13 points on 5-for-9 shooting in the first half along with four assists.
He was replaced by forward Michael Beasley.
