Popovich, Duncan, Rivers and CP3 in OKC for Ingrid Williams' funeral
If San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich and other key coaches and players don't make it back to Los Angeles in time for the Spurs game against the Clippers, absences will be excused.
According to ExpressNews.com, Popovich as well as his assistant coach James Borrego and his forwards Tim Duncan and David West all flew to Oklahoma City on Wednesday. All four missed practice on Wednesday to attend the funeral of Monty Williams' wife Ingrid Williams.

Williams passed away on Feb. 10 after a tragic car accident. Express News reports that the Spurs are all expected back in Los Angeles for the game against the Clippers.
"Duncan is a former teammate of Williams, who played for Popovich. Borrego was on Williams’ staff as an assistant in New Orleans, where West played for Williams.
They are expected to join the team in time for tipoff at Staples Center."
Yahoo's Marc Spears adds that Clippers president and coach Doc Rivers is also flying to Oklahoma City for the funeral. According to OC Register, Chris Paul and Austin Rivers took the trip out for the funeral as well.
Basketball Insiders reports, while Popovich will attempt to make it back for Thursday's tipoff, Ettore Messina will coach in the event of his absence.
Other notable basketball personalities, including Pelicans star Anthony Davis, are expected at the funeral as well. Tonight is the NBA's first slate of games since the All-Star Break began on Feb. 11.
