Matthew Dellavedova was thrust into a huge role in the 2015 NBA Finals after Kyrie Irving was knocked out of the series, and though he didn't play as big a part in the Cavs' championship run this season, he was a beloved member of the team.

In what was a smart business move, the Cavs dealt Dellavedova to the Milwaukee Bucks Thursday along with cash considerations in exchange for 34-year-old forward Albert Miralles. The Cavs also gain a $4.8 million trade exception, which will allow Cleveland more flexibility in filling out their roster.

Dellavedova posted a touching farewell letter to his teammates and Cavaliers' fans on Twitter, and wrote that he was proud to be a part of the city of Cleveland.
