Marcus Morris says Markieff is 'still looking to get out' of Phoenix

Markieff Morris demanded a trade over the summer when the Suns traded his twin brother Marcus to the Detroit Pistons.

Until the recent towel-throwing incident with head coach Jeff Hornacek that caused the team to levy a two-game suspension, Markieff had been perfectly professional ever since training camp began.

But in light of the recent problems in Phoenix, which included the team letting go of two assistant coaches and Eric Bledsoe going down with a season-ending knee injury, Marcus said that nothing has changed, and that Markieff still would prefer to play somewhere else.

Marcus may not be in Phoenix anymore, but he and Markieff are extremely close. This isn't exactly breaking news, but it is confirmation that the Suns should continue to do what they can to ship the remaining Morris brother out.

"One thing about Keef is he's always positive," Marcus said. "Some stuff might happen a little, but he's always positive. He's still looking to get out of there, still looking to go somewhere else. Right now he has to be a pro and continue to take care of his business on and off the court."
