Manu Ginobili will announce decision in an Argentine newspaper

Nobody knows if Manu Ginobili will retire or play one more season with the San Antonio Spurs, but Ginobili recently told the San Antonio Express-News that he will announce his decision in the Argentinian newspaper "La Nacion."

Unfortunately, he didn't say exactly when he'd do it. Here's more, courtesy of San Antonio Express-News reporter Mike Monroe:

"Spurs fans anxious to know if Manu Ginobili will be back for another season may want to brush up on their Spanish and bookmark the website for the Argentine newspaper, ‘La Nacion.’ The 37-year-old guard on Sunday told the Express-News he will announce his decision in a self-written sports column in ‘La Nacion’ 'when the time comes.' Presumably, that time will be before he hits the free agent market at the stroke of midnight, EDT, on Tuesday."

A report over the weekend indicated that Ginobili will indeed return, but who knows if it's true. There's even a small chance Ginobili himself doesn't know what he's going to do, though that would certainly be a pain in the neck for the Spurs, as they try to figure out how they're going to clear enough cap space to sign LaMarcus Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard.
