LOOK: Nike unveils icy Christmas kicks for KD, Kyrie, LeBron and Kobe
Christmas Day is one of the biggest events on the NBA calendar. There's basketball all day long, the league debuts unique holiday-themed jerseys, and players are allowed to wear unconventional colorways of their shoes that won't otherwise see time on the court.
On Thursday, Nike unveiled its Christmas colorways for current signature shoes from Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant, all of whom are slated to play on Dec. 25 this year, assuming they're healthy:
About that Christmas Day schedule: The Miami Heat take on the New Orleans Pelicans to tip off the action. KD's Thunder face the Chicago Bulls. The Cavaliers take on the defending champion Golden State Warriors. The San Antonio Spurs battle the Houston Rockets, and the Los Angeles Lakers technically host the Clippers in the last game of the evening.
