LeBron James looks shockingly skinny in throwback Instagram

LeBron James has been one of the most physically impressive athletes on the planet for more than a decade, but it's astounding to look back and see how much James' physique has changed since he was a high school phenomenon. 

In 2016, James is a lean tank with explosive speed and jumping ability, but while at St. Vincent-St. Mary LeBron was lanky by comparison. He's swimming in his jersey in this Throwback Thursday photo on Instagram.

As an NBA rookie, James still looked pretty small but was listed at 250 pounds, making him the fourth-heaviest Cavalier at the time.

James is still listed at 250, but he looks like a different person.
