Lakers coach Byron Scott: Nick Young isn't 'with us' mentally

It's been almost a month since Nick Young took the floor for the Los Angeles Lakers, and there's no reason to expect he'll be back in the lineup any time soon.

So Lakers coach Byron Scott said on Monday, anyway, as he told reporters that Young is "not here with us mentally" at this moment in time:

Young, of course, has a lot on his mind after teammate D'Angelo Russell surreptitiously taped Young's apparent confession to allegedly cheating on fiancee Iggy Azalea. But it's not like he was helping the team much before that. "Swaggy P" is shooting just 33.9 percent from the floor this year, and he's been well below his career average on 3-pointers, as well. Young has also matched his career low for assists per 36 minutes this season.

But, you know, none of this would have happened if Young had either a.) not (allegedly) cheated; b.) NOT (allegedly) CHEATED; c.) not bragged about his (alleged) cheating as a 30-year-old man to a bunch of young kids; or d.) NOT (allegedly) CHEATED.

We're just (allegedly) saying.
