Kings' DeMarcus Cousins impressive in Team USA scrimmage -- except on 3-pointers

If you tuned in Thursday night to the matchup between Team White and Team Blue in Las Vegas at the Team USA minicamp, you were in for a treat. Sacramento Kings big man DeMarcus Cousins looked fantastic, as his Team White ran most of its offense through the big man when he was in the game. He finished with a team-high 24 points, threw a couple of nice assists and, most importantly, didn't get injured.

In the middle of all of it, Cousins showed off his range from 3-point land. Or he tried to, at least. Unfortunately, it didn't quite work out. Cousins hoisted six 3-pointers on the night, and he missed all of them. By the sixth, the crowd in Las Vegas was letting him hear about it.

You know the NBA is on track to becoming a year-round sport when 3-pointers from a center in a scrimmage draw boos. But it probably won't bother Cousins.
