Jonas Valanciunas cleared to return to practice for the Raptors

Toronto's Valanciunas has missed the last 15 games with a fractured bone in his fourth metacarpal suffered November 20 vs. the Lakers. 

According to NBA.com, Valanciunas is cleared to return to practice after receiving clearance early Monday morning. During his 14 starts this season, he averaged 12.7 points, 9.3 rebounds and 27.3 minutes per game. 

The Raptors next play on Tuesday at 7:30 PM against Dallas in Toronto.
