J.R. Smith zones out during coach's halftime speech
By Larry Brown
J.R. Smith had his career-defining moment in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that moment was not a positive one for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
ABC showed video of David Blatt giving a speech to his team during halftime of the game while they trailed the Warriors 45-43. Smith could not possibly have looked more disinterested and bored.
Maybe he was just zoned out and focusing on his own stuff at the moment. If it’s any consolation to Cavs fans, at least we can tell you that JR likes it in Cleveland.
