Heat C Joel Anthony has sprained ankle

Heat center Joel Anthony has a sprained left ankle and is out of the team's starting lineup for Tuesday night's game with the Phoenix Suns.

The team says Anthony sprained the ankle in Sunday's win over Orlando. He is being listed as day-to-day.

Dexter Pittman is Anthony's replacement in the starting lineup. All of Pittman's first 26 appearances in his first two seasons with the Heat came off the bench.

Anthony was the only Heat player to start all 44 of the team's games entering Tuesday. He's averaging 3.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.3 blocked shots per game this season.
