Further proof that nobody trolls Shaq better than Charles Barkley

Yesterday, the Miami Heat announced they will retire Shaquille O'Neal's number. It's an understandable yet somewhat surprising move, being that O'Neal spent only four seasons with the team as his career started to decline. But, on the other hand, he did help them win a championship in 2006.

As wonderful as all this is, Charles Barkley decided to ruin (heighten?) the moment by cracking a joke at Shaq's expense on Tuesday night's "Inside the NBA":

If you want to get under O'Neal's skin, imply that he wasn't the best player on any of the six teams he played for. But if you really want to make him mad, say Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade were more important cogs in the two cities he won a championship.

Good burn, Chuck. But this wasn't the worst treatment Shaq's received since he started working for TNT:

Some things never get old.
