Forward Jabari Parker starts in first game back for Bucks
MILWAUKEE (AP) Forward Jabari Parker has returned to the floor for the Milwaukee Bucks for the first time since tearing his left ACL more than 10 months ago.
The second overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft started Wednesday night's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Coach Jason Kidd joked that Parker was so excited that he got a haircut before the game.
Parker injured his left knee on Dec. 15 in Phoenix, curtailing a promising rookie campaign after 25 games.
The Bucks have been cautious with Parker during his rehab. He's one of the cornerstones of the up-and-coming franchise.
Tyler Ennis was also cleared to play on Wednesday for the first time following shoulder surgery. Michael Carter-Williams missed the game against his former team because of a sore left ankle.
