Dwight Howard: 'I saw quit from everybody in the arena'
After Saturday night's Game 3 shellacking at the hands of Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard had some harsh words for his teammates and home crowd.
Houston entered Game 3 down 0-2 in the series but were confident after playing the Western Conference's top seed to a near stalemate. Then they laid an egg for the ages, losing by 35 points at home.
Howard finished with 14 points and 14 rebounds, supplying the Rockets with as much effort and defense as he could muster. But obviously it wasn't enough.
Howard has been everything and more in these playoffs (playing through the majority of this series with a sprained knee), and it'll be a shame if the rest of the Rockets don't show up to back him up in Game 4.
