Draymond Green serves coffee, causing 'mob scene' in Berkeley
Golden State Warriors All-Star Draymond Green took Berkeley, Calif., by storm Monday, working as a barista at Peet's Coffee.
Last week, Green worked as a surprise cashier at the NBA store in New York City. According to Berkeley Side, there was a "mob scene" near the Shattuck Ave. location long before he was scheduled to work his shift from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PT.
Green was there to promote Peet's new "Warriors Grounds" coffee; Peet's will reportedly donate 5 percent of each purchase (up to $10,000) to the Warriors Community Foundation.
Green's presence at the shop certainly drew some attention to the limited-edition coffee grounds. The line was multiple blocks long in Berkeley, via NBC Bay Area.
As a barista, it seems Green is a natural. Look at his perfect form as he applies whipped cream to this caffeinated beverage.
