Adams was called for a shooting foul on the play (and Green made both free throws), but Green was assessed a flagrant 1 foul on the play, which is defined as "unnecessary contact committed by a player against an opponent." The Thunder received two foul shots and the ball, but Green was allowed to remain in the game.
Green also hit Adams in the groin with his knee in Game 2.
Green could be in line for additional punishment after the game. Cleveland's Dahntay Jones was handed a one-game suspension Sunday for a shot to the groin in Game 3 of the Cavs-Raptors series that went uncalled.
