Derrick Favors no longer on Utah's injury report, active vs. Hornets

Utah's Derrick Favors returned for action against the Pistons on Monday. He missed 16 games with back spasms and hadn't played since December 23.

Favors was listed on the injury report as "doubtful" for the Jazz before the game against Detroit. Now, Favors is cleared of his recent injury. According to KSL.com, Favors was not listed on the injury report for Utah's game against Charlotte on Wednesday.

"I feel pretty good," Favors told Salt Lake Tribune, during a postgame interview. "After a month, it felt good to play basketball again."

During 19:34 minutes of action, Favors recorded 14 points with 5 rebounds and an assist. He shot 5-of-8 (.625%) from the floor. Utah had a +11 point differential while Favors was on the floor.
