Curry, Warriors roll past Lillard's Warriors
Stephen Curry and the Warriors defeat Trail Blazers 135-90.
It was an extremely tough night for the Trail Blazers. They had given up yet another 100 point game, this team to one of the best teams in the league. The defensive lapses have been a struggle for the Trail Blazers for a while now. Portland’s defense really needs to step up. This is getting out of control and is unacceptable if they want to make the playoffs. Sometimes just scoring the ball does not always mean you will win, because you have to stop the opposing team as well.
Portland was led by Damian Lillard who had 20 points on 8-15 shooting. Next in line was Moe Harkless, who had 17 points on 7-15 shooting. Tough night for CJ McCollum who only had 10 points on 5-12 shooting. Mccollum just took 4 threes himself, but went 0-4, which is rare for him.

One positive is that the Blazers only turned the ball over 11 times, however the stifling Warrior defense was just too much to overcome.
Golden State was led by Kevin Durant, who had 34 points on 11-13 shooting. We could not stop him at all throughout the night, (remember, 135 points!). Next in scoring for the Warriors was off the bench, Ian Clark on 9-11 shooting had 23 points. That really shows you how early this game was over. Then you had Stephen Curry with a quiet 19 points in just over a half of playing time.
The Warriors have so much talent so next time we play them, we have to have extremely good on/off-ball defense. When you have so many talented shooters, you have to have great defense, which Portland lacks currently.
