Chuck Hayes won't sign with Rockets after all

About a month ago, word was that Chuck Hayes would return to the Houston Rockets and sign with the team. Hayes began his career in 2005 with the Rockets, so the reunion seemed to make sense.

But according to his agent Calvin Andrews, Hayes will remain a free agent and will be looking to play basketball elsewhere this upcoming season.
