Celtics G Delonte West tossed from Wizards game

Celtics guard Delonte West was ejected in the second quarter of Boston's game against the Washington Wizards on Friday night.

West was whistled for a foul by referee Josh Tiven with 8:54 left in the second quarter. After Tiven signaled the foul, he assessed a technical to West, who appeared to say something before he was issued a second technical.

West left the court without incident, but did make a salute-type signal as he walked in front of Boston's bench with his back to Tiven.
