Celtics expected to formalize roster moves next week

Keeping all their options open until the 25th hour, the Boston Celtics have yet to officially use all their cap flexibility by delaying expected contracts for rookies and at least one free agent.

But with the trade market all but dry, it looks like those deals should finally happen this week. That means trading Gerald Wallace for David Lee, signing Jae Crowder to his deal and locking up R.J. Hunter on a rookie-scale contract.

More moves will happen down the line, especially considering Boston is currently projected to have 16 guaranteed contracts on its roster and Terry Rozier still needs to sign his deal.
