Bismack Biyombo will be suspended if there's a Game 7 between Raptors and Cavaliers
In the first quarter of Game 6 between the Raptors and Cavaliers, Toronto's Bismack Biyombo caught Kevin Love with an elbow before scoring inside. No foul was called initially, but after a video review, it was determined that Biyombo's actions were worthy of a flagrant-one foul, and the basket was waived off.

The loss of the two points, however, was the least of Toronto's concerns. Should the Raptors find a way to extend the series to a Game 7, Biyombo would be unable to participate, because he now has four flagrant foul penalty points this postseason, which results in an automatic suspension.

The Raptors have plenty of work to do to get to that point, as Cleveland seems to be dialed in during this first half. But unless the league rescinds the flagrant foul (which it hasn't done at any time this postseason), Toronto will be without its high-energy big man if the series does indeed shift back to Cleveland for a Game 7 on Sunday.
