Big bully DeMarcus Cousins pegs Chris Paul with basketball

Chris Paul put up a season-high 40 points to go with 13 assists Friday in the Clippers' 117-107 win over the Kings, and those types of numbers are bound to get you some haters.

Taking on that role this time around was Kings center DeMarcus Cousins, who was simply fed up with the point guard late in his squad's 33rd loss of the season.

Trailing by nearly 20 points, 114-96, with just 2:39 left to play, Cousins grabbed a steal after an errant pass from Paul. The guard attempted to steal the ball back from Cousins, who hung on to the ball but lost his temper. Cousins let his frustration get the best of him, pegging the ball off Paul's back while falling out of bounds.

Cousins had a pretty good game himself, finishing with 26 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists. But the Clippers scored 10 points off his game-high seven turnovers, which probably contributed to the All-Star center's frustration.
