The car Jeff Gordon destroyed at Pocono in 2006 is for sale

Jeff Gordon's horrific wreck at Pocono Raceway in 2006 is a very prominent memory for the four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion and FOX NASCAR analyst.

"I wrecked really bad in Turn 1. That stands out," Gordon said prior to his final race at the 2.5-mile track last year. "It's funny that those types of incidents stand out to you I think as much as some of the good moments that you had. You never forget moments like that."

Gordon hit the wall after his brakes failed heading into Turn 1 at 200 miles per hour.

And now the destroyed No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet is up for sale.

The Dezer Collection out of North Miami, Florida has the wrecked race car featured on their website. Learn more about it by clicking here.
