Robby Gordon on probation through 2011

NASCAR officials have placed Robby Gordon on probation until Dec. 31 following an alleged altercation with Kevin Conway last week at Las Vegas.

Gordon, owner/driver of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series No. 7 Dodge, has been plaved on probation for "actions detrimental to stock car racing; involved in an altercation in the garage area with another competitor."

Conway said that he filed a police report after Gordon "physically attacked" him in the garage at Las Vegas.
