Results: NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Chicagoland

John Hunter Nemechek won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race Saturday at Chicagoland Speedway.

The race originally was scheduled to be run Friday night, but was postponed until Saturday morning because of heavy rain showers that moved through the area Friday night.
