Getting the inside scoop on spotters' jobs

Editor's note: In the wake of the 10-car incident at the Daytona 500 there has been a lot of blame passed around — much of it directed toward the spotters.

But what exactly are spotters responsible for during a race? We asked NASCAR veteran Eddie D'Hondt, a regular contributor to FOXSports.com, to explain their responsibilities on and off the track.
